A patient’s arm is seen through the door that separates the “red zone” from the “green zone” at the ELWA II ETU (Ebola treatment unit), Monrovia, Liberia on Wednesday, March 4, 2015. The ELWA ETU was the first to open in Monrovia, Liberia’s capital, and has not had one health care worker in the ETU contract Ebola while they were working.
