Six student teams battle to win the Iron Chef competition as part of Earth Month on Thursday, April 11, 2019 in the JSC Quad. Event MC, Amos Himmelstein, provided play-by-play of the action. Their task was to create the best vegetarian or vegan starter and sauté dishes. A wide variety of fresh organic produce (some freshly picked at the FEAST garden), FEAST eggs, spices, oils AND one secret ingredient were at the team’s disposal.<br />
Chef Brad Kent, owner of Olio GCM Wood Fired Pizzeria at Grand Central Market and co-Founder/chief culinary officer for Blaze Pizza, is this year's guest judge.<br />
The contest is led by FEAST and supported by Campus Dining, Facilities Management, RESF, and the Office of the President.<br />
