Occidental College professor Mary Beth Heffernan’s PPE Portrait Project involves photographing health care workers and making disposable, adhesive prints of their images, which are then placed on the worker’s PPE.<br />

Professor Heffernan was there to work on her PPE (personal protective equipment) Portrait Project, which helps health care workers and patients fighting the Ebola virus disease in West Africa.<br />
