Six teams (mix of staff and students) battle to create the best vegetarian or vegan starter and sauté dishes. A wide variety of fresh organic produce (some freshly picked at the FEAST garden), legumes, FEAST eggs, spices, oils and one secret ingredient are at the team’s disposal. Diep Tran, owner of Good Girl Dinette in our local Highland Park, is this year's guest judge.
The contest is led by FEAST and supported by Campus Dining, Facilities Management, The Office of the President, and Administrator Staff Council. Thursday, April 12, 2018 in the JSC Quad.
