Six teams battle in Oxy’s Own Iron Chef competition, part of Earth Month. Their task is creating the best vegetarian or vegan starter and sauté dishes. A wide variety of fresh organic produce (some freshly picked at the FEAST garden), legumes, FEAST eggs, spices, oils AND one secret ingredient will be at the team’s disposal. The top teams will be awarded a restaurant gift certificate, cookbooks, a FEAST basket and other culinary goodies. Thursday, April 13 at the JSC Quad.<br />
